What is penile length?

Very few men have a short penis, a condition called as the “micropenis” the length being 4cm (1.5 inches) when flaccid and 7cm (2.5 inches) when erect. Though the length is short, there is no change in the functioning of the penis, except for a lack of confidence in men while being a part of lovemaking with their spouse.
