Penile girth enlargement

Penile girth enlargement

Individuals eligible for the surgery are men above 21 years of age; individuals having no serious disease; candidates who have not undergone the penile enlargement surgery earlier

What is penile girth enlargement surgery?

Many men report of a low self-esteem when relating to their small penis size. Some men like to improve their aesthetic look by increasing their penis size. As such the individuals find that the penile girth enlargement surgery is a way by which they can overcome these problems.

When partners are not happy with the thickness of the penis, giving rise to unsatisfactory intercourse and complexed feel to male, surgery may be done to increase the thickness.

Which individuals are suitable for the surgery?

Individuals eligible for the surgery are:

  • Men above 21 years of age
  • Individuals having no serious disease
  • Candidates who have not undergone the penile enlargement surgery earlier

Individuals who have experienced complications in prior surgeries and those who are psychologically weak may not be eligible for this surgery.

How should I prepare for the surgery?

It is important that you select a highly experienced and a skilled surgeon for the procedure. The surgeon verifies your medical records, inspects your medical condition, and plans the surgery. The surgeon decides which procedure is suitable for you and discusses the pros and cons of the surgery. You may have to stop smoking and consuming alcohol before and after the surgery for a speedy recovery. The surgeon advises on what medicines should be taken. Aspirin and aspirin-like medications should be prevented as these may arouse the problem of bleeding. Clarify any doubts regarding the surgery.

What will happen during the surgery?

Fat transfer: The anesthesiologist will give you anesthesia. The surgeon makes a small incision in the abdomen and removes the fat from the area by liposuction. The removed fat is processed and then injected underneath the foreskin of the penis through a small incision. The surgeon closes the incisions using dissolvable stitches. The penis is wrapped with a soft rolled dressing to facilitate uniform fat distribution.

What is the aftercare of the surgery?

Fat injections: Pain, discomfort, and swelling are observed which will be controlled by the pain medications. You can get back to work after five to seven days after the surgery.

What are the postsurgical considerations?

Fat injection: Certain complications like lumpiness and infection can be possible after the surgery. There may be uneven contouring of the penis due to the re-absorption of fat after 5-6 months, which causes the need for another surgery.

Penile enhancement surgery does not have a fully predictable outcome. You will wrap your penis with a soft rolled dressing that will serve to keep the fat evenly distributed along the length of your penis. In the first few days, any unevenness can be corrected by moving the injected fat into the deficient area. Occasionally, an uneven contour can result due to some of the injected fat being reabsorbed into the body. Correcting unevenness due to fat reabsorption requires further fat injections later on.
